Upper Blepharoplasty
The eyes are referred to as the ‘window to the soul and are often what people first notice about us.
During the ageing process we lose collagen and elastin which leads to fine lines and wrinkles and sometimes excess skin in the upper eyelid.
This excess skin can not only make us look older than we are but can sometimes obscure our vision.
An Upper Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that can be performed, under local anaesthetic, to remove this excess skin.
You will have a consultation with Mr Stephen Salerno to discuss your individual situation and you will be informed of what result can be achieved and what the associated risks of the procedure are. Mr Salerno is a Plastic surgeon and has extensive experience performing this operation.
You will be provided with a written quote and a second appointment will be made prior to the procedure so that you have time to consider your options and ask any further questions.
The procedure itself can be performed in hospital or in our Procedure room. Please be advised that if you choose to have the surgery in hospital there will be additional charges.
